Ottawa-based Fidus Systems says it had its best quarter in history, signing a record $1.4 Million in contracts during its third quarter that ended Sept. 30.
The privately-held company says Q3 revenues rose by more than 15 per cent over the same period a year ago.
"So far this year, 47 customers have engaged us to design their products," says Fidus president Michael Wakim. "Since July, we've won large contracts to design electronic products for transportation, telecommunications, semi-conductor and defence applications. We're in a phase of steady growth, increasing our customer base and our engineering team."
Fidus provides electronic engineering for industrial control systems, consumer products, telecommunications equipment, aerospace, defence
and biomedical products.
