A large healthcare group in Phoenix, Arizona is using Halogen software to conduct employee appraisals.
Scottsdale Healthcare scrapped its paper-based system in favour of Halogen's eAppraisal, and credits the software for more accurately and more easily measuring employee performance.
"Halogen was highly recommended by our director of HR who had previously implemented eAppraisal Healthcare at another hospital," says Judy Seiler, manager of training and development at Scottsdale Healthcare. "We are anticipating being able to easily keep track of and communicate to people when appraisals are due. We will also be able to generate reports that will identify those who possess competencies important to our organization."
Scottsdale Healthcare has 5,700 staff members and 1,600 active physicians. It operates three hospitals, a cancer clinic, a research institute and related facilities and community health services.
