Halogen Software has won an order from Californian semiconductor design tool company Atrenta.
The Ottawa-based company said San Jose's Atrenta had chosen Halogen eAppraisal to automate and streamline the employee performance management process for its worldwide workforce.
Atrenta, which makes tools for integrated circuit design, has more than 140 customers, including the world's top 10 semiconductor companies.
The company said Atrenta will also use Halogen eAppraisal to "better align the goals of employees with those of the organization."
