Brand management software maker dna13 has landed a major deal with public relations giant Edelman, the company announced Tuesday.

New York-based Edelman said it is standardizing on dna13's enterprise PR platform, with all 3,200 Edelman employees in 26 countries and 53 offices to use the software to manage the firm's media monitoring, directories, analytics, document management and client reporting.

"Being selected by Edelman, the biggest independent PR agency in the world, is a testament to our product," said dna13 CEO Chris Johnson in a statement. "Delivering the world's largest global PR solution is a testament to our team. From day one, dna13 was built to meet the complex, global demands of today's largest companies and most valued brands. We are honoured and proud to have been chosen by Edelman to deliver a solution so essential and core to their business."

Dna13's software helps clients manage how their brand and communications appear publicly, and helps organize their PR departments' complete communications records, journalistic contacts and editorial calendars.

This latest deal adds to dna13's list of more than 100 customers, including Starbucks, RBC and John Hancock Insurance.
