OSI Geospatial Inc. has won another small order with the U.K. Royal Navy to help update its warship systems.

The deal is for follow-on contracts valued at approximately US$2 million.

"The Royal Navy is a valued customer and we are pleased that our relationship continues to strengthen," said OSI chief executive Ken Kirkpatrick in a statement. "The award of these contracts confirms their commitment to our command-and-control technology and our ability to meet their operational requirements."

OSI's international systems division will be providing enhancements to the U.K. navy's warship electronic chart display and information (ECDIS) and automatic identification (AIS) systems, which the company initially delivered in late 2006.
