Ottawa's Corporate Renaissance Group's (CRG) emPerform software has been selected by Iowa-based ChildServe to handle employee performance management, the company said this week in a release.
ChildServe, a not-for-profit organization, will use emPerform to automate its employee appraisal process, said the company. "ChildServe will be able to integrate emPerform with their current Human Resources Information System (HRIS), eliminating the need to duplicate data that is already stored in the business system," read a statement from CRG.
Established in 1989, CRG is a global provider of business management and performance solutions, and is headquartered in Ottawa. It has offices throughout Canada, India and the U.S.
