Halogen Software's health-care-focused talent management solution has been chosen by an Illinois health group.
The Ottawa company said Carle Clinic Association and Health Alliance Medical Plans have purchased Halogen's automated eAppraisal Healthcare to better measure and reward performance with the ultimate goal of recruiting and retaining talent in the competitive health-care market.
Carle Clinic Association one of the largest private physician groups in the U.S., with more than 330 physicians practising at 14 locations across east-central Illinois. The association owns the health insurer Health Alliance, which provides health-care coverage to more than 250,000 members in Illinois and Iowa.
Together, the two organizations comprise the second-largest employer in east-central Illinois, with 3,050 employees, Halogen said.
Halogen will be helping the organizations manage those employees across multiple locations.
