N-able has signed another agreement with Microsoft, this time joining the software giant's System Centre Alliance and allowing Microsoft partners to use the Ottawa-based company's N-central technology for remote console access.

The alliance is made up of partners whose technologies are proven to integrate with Microsoft's Windows platform, as well as System Center Essential products and technologies.

"The technology and business advantages Microsoft partners gain by using Ncentral and System Center Operations Manager notably enhance their remote management capabilities and help build stronger business efficiencies throughout their organizations," said N-able chief executive Gavin Garbutt in a statement.

In March, N-able signed an agreement with Microsoft to integrate its remote monitoring and management platform with Microsoft's IT systems management software products.
