Kleer's audio technology is now shipping out to the United States in Sennheiser wireless stereo earphones.

The Ottawa-based fabless semiconductor company said the Sennheiser MX W1 earbuds based on Kleer's technology is now available at Amazon.com, following the January announcement that the two companies would be teaming up to make the earphones.

The technology receives high-quality wireless audio from any Kleer-based portable media player, enabling up to four people to listen to the same audio stream simultaneously on separate wireless earbuds, and is a low-power solution which purportedly consumes significantly less battery power than other wireless audio competitors.
