Zoom Airlines passengers will soon be able to have a bon voyage with the carrier's new flights to Paris from Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary.

The Ottawa-based airline has announced three flights per week from Toronto and four per week from Montreal to the City of Lights. And for its customers from out west, Zoom is also offering two new flights per week from Calgary and Vancouver, the only direct service to Paris from western Canada.

"Paris, as a hub, is the obvious choice as a starting point to see Europe," said Zoom CEO Kris Dolinki in a statement. "Travellers can easily fan out to all corners of Europe from there or just fly in for the weekend to enjoy one of the most fabulous cities in the world."

Zoom recently introduced twice-weekly flights from Toronto and Montreal to Rome's Fiumicino Airport, and the discount airline also offers direct flights to five cities in the United Kingdom. As well, Zoom's transatlantic network includes service from London, England, to New York, San Diego, Fort Lauderdale and Bermuda.

One-way fares begin at $199, the company added.
