OSI Geospatial Inc. has won another small contract with the U.S. army.
The Ottawa-based navigational systems maker said its U.S. systems operations division has been awarded a US$1.6-million deal, including all options, which will see OSI Geospatial developing and upgrading its command-and-control technology to meet U.S. army operational requirements.
"The U.S. army is a valued customer and we are pleased that our relationship continues to strengthen," said OSI Geospatial CEO Ken Kirkpatrick in a statement. "The award of this contract confirms their commitment to our command-and-control technology and our ability to meet their operational requirements."
The work is expected to be performed over the next two years.
