Business management service provider N-able Technologies has introduced two new remote desktop and server management products intended to allow managed service providers to affordably and effectively deliver management services.
Remote Support Manager integrates with N-able's remote monitoring and management platform N-central to deliver remote PC and server support as well as performance and capacity status reports, while Remote Environment Manager allows managed service providers (MSPs) to create, manage, and enforce standardize desktop environments for clients.
"Having the ability to deliver remote desktop and server management is a must for those MSP partners who are looking to grow their business, increase their profitability and avoid commoditization," said N-able Technologies chief executive Gavin Garbutt in a statement. "By incorporating this critical remote environment management and remote support management technology into N-able's N-central platform, we are providing our MSP partners with an exceptional user experience and enabling them to deliver superior customer service and add more value and support to their service offerings."
The Ottawa-based company said it would be making its Remote Support Manager and Remote Environment Manager products available May 1.
