Ottawa's Fidus Systems is earning kudos from customers for its electronic design services.
A survey of 37 Fidus customers in Canada and the United States conducted by Ottawa-based Lytica Inc. found 97 per cent of customers would recommend Fidus to others.
Respondents described Fidus as a company that operates with high integrity, is ethically-run, and is worthy of their trust. They rated the company's engineers as highly professional, and said Fidus manages project changes efficiently.
"Fidus is exceptionally well-regarded by its customers. It's encouraging to see a company like Fidus go directly to its customers to determine how to improve its business," says Lytica President Ken Bradley.
