Ottawa-based Fidus Systems says it signed contracts worth more than $4.5 million during 2005, a 32 per cent growth over bookings in 2004.
In 2005, Fidus says it designed circuit boards and related electronics for 52 customers across North America, for applications in telecommunications, semiconductors, video, aerospace, defence, and other sectors.
The company says employ grew steadily through the year to more than 50 people.
Fidus supplies electronic engineering services for industrial control systems, transportation, consumer products, telecommunications equipment, aerospace, defence and biomedical instrumentation.
