Career Path: While at the University of Ottawa, Hall launched his first company, software firm PersonaTech. In 1994, he started Internet Access Inc., an Internet service provider that quickly captured 30 per cent of the local market. That was followed by online shopping mall Internet Shop.Net Inc. and service provider Echelon Internet Corp. In 1995, he launched Romel Corp., a company specializing in Internet-related projects that fathered five other Internet firms. Among them is domain name registrar Internic.ca. Romel was renamed Momentous.ca in 2000. Hall has also been involved with several other organizations and government initiatives key to the development of the Internet in Canada.
Biggest Success: Hall considers his biggest success to be finding his true love, Kim.
