EFL offers people, on an individual basis, a Personal Fitness Plan designed to meet their specific needs. Using the same premise that a successful company needs a solid business plan, so does a healthy body. As a client, you will be given a comprehensive, professional evaluation of your fitness level and concrete goals will be set together with your certified personal trainer. From there, the trainer will design your Personal Fitness Plan around your specific goals and time availability. You will then start your training in a completely private fitness studio. Just you and the trainer. This private training time alleviates the stress many people feel about working out in groups or large public environments. It also quickens the time it takes to complete a workout since there is no waiting around for machines/equipment or socializing with colleagues. The customized programs are usually designed over a 12-week minimum time frame working out two or three times a week in order to see positive results. However, EFL incorporates the program into your schedule and delivers it entirely from their facilities or in conjunction with whatever other equipment or facilities you have access to. Their services are delivered on a per session basis and there are no memberships or long-term contracts to sign.
EFL has 2,200-square-feet of space comprising two completely private fitness studios, an executive cardio theatre, state-of-the-art Life Fitness resistance and cardio equipment, private showers and change facilities, registered massage therapists on-site and access to registered dietician services. All sessions are by appointment only and include bottled water, fresh fruit and towel service – there is even extra workout clothing and shoes on hand should you happen to forget yours.
To further accommodate clients' busy schedules, EFL also offers a complete Executive Business Centre that includes a dedicated client computer with high-speed Internet access, ready-wired connections for laptop use, access to a fax machine and phones.
Another unique trait of EFL is its philanthropic connection. Denis and Anthony are big believers in giving back to the community in Ottawa, particularly focusing on children's charities such as the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa. They have designed sponsorship and donation forms/challenges to involve their clients, if they so desire. EFL also plans to designate an events team to attend special client charity functions throughout the year in order to help them raise charitable funds.

This service includes designing and developing fitness facilities for companies – procurement of equipment, implementation and ongoing management of the fitness facility on the client site, as well as the provision of personal training services to the client's employees. Clients can select one component or a complete end-to-end service whereby EFL becomes the single point of contact throughout the entire process.
